Summary: Regarding all the information below, the only thing that actually affects YOU is that your HarmonySite invoices will soon be coming from a different organisation. Instead of coming from Virtual Creations, they will be coming from Virtuous Community.
Also, for Australian customers, we will no longer be charging 10% GST. So your HarmonySite services will be a little cheaper.

For those that don't know, HarmonySite is not a company, it's a product. The company that produces it is called "Virtual Creations Pty Ltd", in Australia...
That's changing now. The ownership of the product has been transferred to a new not-for-profit association called "Virtuous Community" (managed by a trust), also in Australia...
So technically, HarmonySite is now a project of a not-for-profit association.
Starting very soon (likely in the next week or two), all invoices for your HarmonySite service will come from Virtuous Community, specifically from the email address accounts@virtuous.community It's possible you may need to whitelist that email address in your email program, to stop the emails going to your spam folder. Please alert your treasurer, or whoever receives such invoices.
You'll still be able to pay your invoices using the same payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, and (in most countries) bank transfer.
As mentioned above, Australian customers please note that your invoices will no longer include 10% GST. This actually makes your HarmonySite service cost cheaper.
